FIRST MONTH RENT

First month will be prorated and a security deposit will be collected. Next rent will be due the 1st of te month. Late fee Will be assessed after the 5th of the month. Late fee $20.00.

Renting is easy online. Select rent now, Fill in the requested information, Select the unit and size, Pay with your card or ACH payment and move in. It’s that easy.

Payments

Online bookings require a credit card or ACH payment. All cards are accepted. Once booked we do offer automatic payments or you can log in to your account and pay online. We also accept cash and checks at our office. We have a 24 hour drop slot located in building D.
