Renting is easy! we have multiple ways. 

You may contact us by phone and we can set up your rental with only a few questions OR you can book online with some basic information and a credit card.  You can then move in immediately.  

All rentals are month to month.  You can terminate at any time with a 15 day notice. Keep your stuff stored as long as you need.  

Our facility is open 24 hours a day with security cameras and door sensors.  In the winter months we keep the facility plowed during daylight hours.  

At this time we don't offer any climate controlled options.  We don't recommend storing anything that can be affected by heat or cold.  

Best way to pay is with our automatic payment option.  You can also log in to your account and pay online anytime.  A drop slot is open 24 hours with payment envelopes at our office in building D.  

Of course it is.  We have security cameras and door sensors keeping track of all access to the facility.  We also monitor the facility multiple times daily and our office is on site.  

Most standard household items and business storage is acceptable.  

We are strict on what you can't  store in our facility.  We don't allow fuels, ammunition, hazardous materials or anything that would leak oil.  

We are diligent about pest control.  Most all units have pest control boxes located inside and around the perimeter of our buildings.  

In short yes. Our facility only protects the buildings, We recommend you contact your homeowners or renters policy and add your unit to your policy.  This normally is no cost to add on.  

We recommend that anyone that rents a unit list who would be authorized to enter.  Whoever rents and signs the rental agreement is responsible for the contents and rent for the unit.  

None of our units have power or lights inside.  We do have exterior security lights however we recommend bringing a flashlight in low light or night hours.  

Yes you can change units at any time as long as one is available.  Please contact our office and we can easily change your account.
